Do you love Greek Mythology? Do you love lots of backstabbing, killing and cheating? Then friends, this is the book for you.

Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods is a side story in the Percy Jackson series. Chronologically this is the seventh book in the Percy Jackson series. But the story takes place after the ending of the Heroes of Olympus series. This is the only book in the series which does not involve any of Percy's friends.

The entire story is narrated by Percy. This is actually a guide for Greek Mythology. If you have an exam in Greek Mythology, read this book and go, you'll get full marks. He narrates the story from the beginning of the world, the gods and all. And then he gets on to the most interesting part- the gods and the wars. All twelve of the Olympians are discussed really well.

Rick's writing style is so awesome and he makes us feel as if the gods are real and are always beside us. And to make the story more interesting, he has chosen the modern world for his story. He speaks about the troubles that we face today as to some thing done by some god because he got irritated. In short this is a really good book and I suggest this book to all those who enjoy mythology. And if anyone has not read mythology, then this is a good book to start.
